Ticketing update: Latest news on sales

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

An update on recent Premier League ticket sales at Vitality Stadium.

Following the opening of sales for the Manchester City home and West Bromwich Albion away Premier League fixtures, the club are aware of issues that some supporters have experienced with online ticket purchases.

Last week the club worked hard with AudienceView, our ticketing system supplier, to eliminate the issues arising from the first Premier League sales of the season against Watford; these problems were related to individual supporter accounts and not an issue affecting supporters across the board.

The error messages that some supporters are seeing online this week do not appear to be linked to last week’s issues.

Some changes to the online user experience have been made to help resolve some of the obstacles supporters have been facing, and the technical team at the club’s ticketing provider will continue to work on identifying the underlying issues and fix them as a priority.

We appreciate the issues are extremely frustrating for supporters and we share in this frustration as these issues are stopping us from delivering the service that we wish to provide to our supporters.

There will be further updates on the ticketing website as the club receives them and we would like to advise supporters who are experiencing problems with booking online to send their supporter number and brief description of their experience to the ticket office so that we can forward them on the AudienceView technical team to assist their investigations and work towards resolution of the issues.
