Club launch ticketing resale initiative for season ticket holders

Season ticket holders who cannot attend the match will be able to list their seat for points holders to buy once all available tickets have been issued.

To list your seats for the game, please follow the instructions below:

1. Head to your ticketing account here and log in. 
2. Under the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ / MY BOOKING section on the right-hand side of home page, please select the ‘Resell tickets’ tab.
3. You’ll then see the games available for resale, select the game and then click on ‘Resell 1 ticket’ displaying at the bottom of the screen.
4. You will then be taken to a ‘Resale Parameters’ page where you will be informed how much you will receive (1/19^th of your season ticket price). Click on the ‘I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions’ button which will then enable to you to select the ‘Put on Sale’ button to complete your listing for sale.
5. Once your ticket is up for resale, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. Once your ticket has been purchased, you will receive a refund on the card used to pay for your Season Ticket.
7. If at any time, you wish to cancel your resale, click on the ‘Ticket History’ tab and the select ‘Cancel Resale’. 

Tickets bought through the ticket exchange are strictly non-refundable. Supporters should be aware that availability on the ticket exchange fluctuates, and tickets are only available based on Season Ticket holders listing their seats.

HOW TO PURCHASE A TICKET ON THE RESALE PLATFORM

For supporters looking to buy tickets for the relevant game through the ticket exchange website, you will need to meet the qualifying points criteria when the game becomes all tickets issued. The points criteria will be announced when we have issued all available tickets.

Please follow the steps below (Please be aware that all tickets sold on the resale platform will be sold for the adult price type of the area you are purchasing.)

1. Head to a separate website by clicking here. 
2. Login into your account - your username and password will be the same as your ticketing details 
3. Select your seating area 
4. Choose your seats, click ‘select’ and then ‘Add to Cart’  
5. Complete your purchase 

Tickets are available on the resale platform for this weekend's game against Brentford. These are on sale to supporters with 8+ home points.
