AFC Bournemouth maintained their unbeaten Premier League record against Everton at Vitality Stadium following an extraordinary finale to their 2-1 win on Saturday.

Dominic Solanke bagged his 18th goal of the season – and his 16th in the top flight – when he headed home a Lloyd Kelly cross to give the Cherries the lead midway through the second half.

However, just three minutes from time, the Toffees levelled through substitute Beto who capitalised on an error by Cherries goalkeeper Neto to make it 1-1.

But as the clock ticked towards injury time, Everton skipper Séamus Coleman chested Adam Smith’s deep cross past his own goalkeeper – under no pressure – to earn Andoni Iraola’s team the points.

It capped a memorable game for long-serving defender Smith who brought up his 200th Premier League appearance for the Cherries.

Solanke’s finely-taken header also saw him draw level with Joshua King as the club’s leading goalscorer in a single Premier League season.

Defeat condemned Everton to a club record 12th consecutive Premier League game without a win, the Toffees having not won in the league since December.
