First five: Cherries face two away trips in the opening 2017/18 fixtures

AFC Bournemouth AFC Bournemouth

AFC Bournemouth will face two away trips in their opening five games of the 2017/18 Premier League season.

The first of those sees the club reunite with former player and manager Tony Pulis as the Cherries travel to the Midlands to face West Bromwich Albion on the opening day of the season – on Saturday 12th August.

A week later, the Cherries will face off against Watford in the club’s first home game of the campaign on Saturday 19th August.

Manchester City are next to travel to the south coast to make it back-to-back home games, as Pep Guardiola’s men come to Vitality Stadium on Saturday 26th.

After the international break, the second away game of the season means a trip to the Emirates Stadium, on Saturday 9th September to play Arsenal.

To round off the opening five fixtures, newly promoted Brighton and Hove Albion travel to Vitality Stadium on Saturday 16th September.
