Scot McAllister joined AFC Bournemouth as Head of Therapy in May 2023.
His career began working as a Physiotherapist in the NHS before spending the next 13 seasons working in First Class Cricket, two of those seasons with Lancashire and 11 with the Yorkshire County Cricket Club as Head Physiotherapist.
In 2013, Scot moved to Scottish Rugby Union in order to work on the Sevens World Series before joining Manchester City / City Football Group in 2014. During 8 years with City / CFG, Scot fulfilled roles as Head of Physiotherapy (Academy) and Head of Human Performance (Global Football), roles which involved supporting the group’s young players and growing network of clubs located around the world. Prior to joining the Cherries, Scot worked for Cirque du Soleil at their International HQ in Montreal, Canada.
Scot has a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy and a Masters degree in Musculoskeletal Medicine.
