Andrew Hardiman currently works as the development squad’s analyst.
Having studied Applied Sport Science at Solent University, he worked as the lead performance analyst for Aldershot Town alongside his studies.
After completing his undergraduate degree in 2019, Hardiman went on to study a Masters in Sports Performance Analysis at the University of Chichester, while also undertaking an internship in the first team with AFC Bournemouth.
During the pandemic, he volunteered with the club’s development squad, before coming on board full time in 2021 as the lead academy analyst.
Away from work, Hardiman raised over £12,000 for Cancer Research by running a marathon every time Dominic Solanke scored a goal across the 2020/21 season.
