Disabled information

We have been given an allocation of 12 pairs of wheelchair tickets. Junior tickets must be sold with an accompanying adult (aged 18 and over) and will be refused entry into the stadium if attending alone.

Liverpool FC recommend rows 1-5 for ambulant disabled supporters and families. They have also identified 16 seats within the allocation for supporters who require easy access to their seats:

Area 122

  • Row 6, seats 28 & 29
  • Row 6, seats 32 & 33
  • Row 7, seats 24 – 29
  • Row 7, seats 32 – 37

Any visually impaired supporters attending the game who require headsets for listening to commentary, please provide your name, block, row and seat details prior to the match and Liverpool will ensure that this facility is provided.

Please send details to [email protected] no later than two days prior to the game.

Seat location

Seats will be sold in the Anfield Road Stand and be issued in the below order:

  • Sell 1st - Block 121
  • Sell 2nd - Block 122
  • Sell 3rd - Block 123

Restricted Views

Tickets marked ‘restricted view’ carry a discount.

  • Row 1 – restriction is caused by personnel movement
  • Rows 2 – 5 – restriction is caused by the wheelchair platform
  • Other rows – restriction is due to stanchions supporting the Upper Tier, which impair the view of either goal.

Severely Restricted Views

Tickets marked ‘severely restricted view’ also carry a discount. If supporters in front of these rows stand, supporters seated on these rows will have a very limited view of the goals due to the overhang of the upper tier roof.

Additional information

When attending the game all children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is over 18 years old. Any child attending the game without an accompanying adult will be refused entry.

Liverpool Football Club offer a Youth Wristband for young fans, both home & away, to wear on match days at Anfield. The wristband ensures that any child who becomes separated from their parent or guardian can be reunited as quickly as possible. Junior supporters will be issued with wristbands when accessing the turnstiles.

In the event that a child does become separated, we ask that they speak to a steward in a yellow jacket who will check the information on the wristband and reunite them as quickly as possible with their parent or guardian.

The safeguarding of Children and Vulnerable Adults is a priority at Liverpool. Click here for further information.

Please be advised of the following changes at Anfield:

  • No bags are permitted in the stadium – unless small bags needed for hygiene products or medical needs.
  • Anfield is a cashless stadium.
  • All supporters must remain seated throughout the match.
  • Liverpool encourages all fans attending the stadium to have a Covid 19 test at least 24 hours before the game.

Stadium access for visiting supporters has also changed with no through road on Anfield Road. Fans will need to access via Dahlia Walk from the coach drop off point on Arkles Lane.

On leaving the stadium, fans will need to turn left to return to Dahlia Walk back to their pickup point for their return journey.

All supporters should refer to Supporters Code of Conduct which can be found here.

Car Parking

Please be advised that Liverpool currently do not offer any car parking facilities on a match day for any visiting supporters due to being located within a residential area.

Toilet facilities

All disabled toilets are fitted with RADAR locks to prevent non-disabled supporters gaining access. Please be advised all disabled supporters attending to bring their RADAR key, but should they forget, they should contact the nearest steward who will be able to assist.

If you require any further information regarding the disabled facilities at Anfield, please feel free to contact a member of the disability team on 0151 264 2500, option 2, or by emailing [email protected]

For any queries on the day, please contact our away ticket hotline: 07867 511805

Please note, the away ticket hotline is only switched on for away fixtures and cannot be contacted on any other days. For any queries prior to the matchday, please contact the ticket office so that they can update their records.
