This alcohol-free version of the classic Bramble cocktail is super refreshing and looks great in the glass.

Take a look at how to make it!

  1. Add 50ml of a gin style alcohol-free spirit to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 20ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  3. Add 12.5ml of sugar syrup.
  4. Add ice cubes and shake the first three ingredients for 2-3 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into a whisky tumbler that’s about half full of crushed ice.
  6. Now add more crushed ice, but leave a bit of room at the top of the glass.
  7. Drizzle 12.5ml of Blackberry Syrup, over the ice.
  8. Garnish with a fresh blackberry and a small straw.

Using a good quality alcohol-free gin substitute is the key to this drink. They’re now readily available online and in larger supermarkets - we enjoy using Warner’s Juniper Double Dry 0%.

The syrups are also available online and in some shops, but they’re easy to make at home too.
