AFC Bournemouth under-21s were resounding 15-0 winners over Hamworthy Recreational in their second pre-season fixture.

Nine different goalscorers handed the Cherries the win in difficult rainy conditions.

The scoring started after just a minute, when captain Matt Butcher fed a lovely ball over the top for Mikael Ndjoli, and he dinked a deft finish over the 'keeper in the area to secure his first.

20 minutes later, Mihai Dobre added a second with an unbelievable effort from 25-yards which sailed into the top corner.

Joe Quigley rounded off a lovely team move for the third two minutes later, before Ndjoli bagged his second after smashing a powerful effort into the right corner.

It was 5-0 just before the half hour mark, as Dobre got into the box and from wide, his low cross was diverted in for an own goal.

Two minutes later it was six after Jordan Lee's excellent low cross was met by Quigley for a tap in at the far post.

Five minutes before the break, Frankie Vincent had an effort saved before he latched onto the rebound to score the seventh in the area.

It as 8-0 at the break though as Ndjoli completed his hat-trick, when showed a turn of pace to round the 'keeper and tap in.

The Cherries kept the tempo and their ruthless streak, scoring five minutes after the half time break through Harry Cornick's well taken high strike.

Sam Matthews got in on the act off the bench on the hour mark, when he stepped up from 25-yards to curl a majestic free-kick into the top corner.

The 12th and 13th goals followed before Dobre scored another excellent strike from distance, powering in a swerving low drive from 25-yards.

Goal 14 was scored with five minutes to go, before Keelan O'Connell was brought down in the area and stepped up to convert into the bottom right corner.
