AFC Bournemouth
Goals from Balraj Landa, Dom Sadi and Daniel Adu-Adjei ensured the AFC Bournemouth development squad returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion on Tuesday.
Alan Connell’s men secured a 5-0 victory over Colchester United, with Landa and Sadi both netting twice respectively.
Victory ensured the Cherries moved four points behind league leaders Queens Park Rangers in the Professional Development League.
There was also a welcome return for midfielder Tyler Adams, who made his return from injury having trained with the development squad a day previously.
