AFC Bournemouth's Under-21s defeated Plymouth Argyle in the Central League Cup at Canford this afternoon.
Alex Dobre hit a brace, while Jake Scrimshaw also got on the scoresheet as the Cherries ran out 3-2 winners.
It was the Romanian who opened the scoring from the penalty shot, after Jaidon Anthony was brought down in the box.
Klaidi Lolos then levelled for the visitors, before Scrimshaw netted to regain his side's lead.
The Plymouth forward then got his second of the afternoon in what looked like a late equaliser, but Dobre ensured that the Cherries picked up all three points in their second group game of the Central League Cup.
