Making well over 200 appearances, Surman first joined Bournemouth as a teenager on loan in 2005, returning eight years later in a move that became permanent from Norwich.
The following season, the midfielder was named player of the season as the Cherries stormed to Championship promotion, setting up five consecutive seasons in the Premier League.
