Ticket holders will be receiving refunds purchased for recent and upcoming Sky Bet Championship matches taking place behind closed doors.
This includes the matches against Reading, Nottingham Forest and Preston North End.
The refund process for these matches is now under way and your refund will be credited to the credit/debit card associated with your season ticket payment shortly.
