As the government looks to ease the lockdown restrictions, the AFC Bournemouth Hospitality and Events team want to provide an update on the preparations for a return to conferencing and events at Vitality Stadium.
First and foremost, the safety and well being of staff and clients is paramount during the re-opening process. The team are working on a number of solutions which will allow simplified conferencing and event formats to take place when we welcome you back to the premises.
The solutions that the team are working to implement include, but are not restricted to, the following:
• Social distancing compliance
• Event space capacities
• Room layouts
• Guest arrival and departures
• Staff training
• PPE
• Enhanced cleaning practices
• Sanitiser stations
• Food and drinks service
Should you have any questions regarding an event booked for later in the year, or would like to re-schedule the booking of a postponed event please do not hesitate to contact us.
