The year's trip to south coast neighbours Southampton concludes April, while Vitality Stadium hosts its final game of 2017/18 when Swansea City travel to Bournemouth on Saturday 5th May.

The season comes to an end in Lancashire at Burnley on Sunday 13th May with the Cherries looking to avenge their tight loss at Turf Moor last season on the final day.
