Lewis Cook and Arnaut Danjuma face late fitness tests ahead of Tuesday's Championship match with Preston North End.
The duo were both absent for Saturday's draw at Rotherham United, Cook with a knock picked up against Nottingham Forest and Danjuma nursing a minor hamstring complaint.
In his pre-match press conference, manager Jason Tindall discussed the important pair's chances of making the game.
He said: "They were assessed this morning and it's one where we'll assess both of them again tomorrow, just to see where they are and if we feel they're good enough to be available for tomorrow night.
"It'll be a late call on both of them I'm afraid.
"There were a few sore heads after Saturday, but no more injuries than you would expect from any sort of tough Championship fixture.
"There were a few niggles and bruises that were assessed this morning but nothing with any real concern to worry about too much."
Also missing since last Tuesday has been Jack Stacey, and with the prognosis of his injury better than originally feared Tindall went into detail on the latest news on the full-back's condition.
"It was the best we could have hoped for," said the manager. "It was one where at the time when we looked back at the footage, reviewed it after the game and spoke about it, we were fearing it could have been a lot worse.
"You start to worry a little, but off the back of how he was feeling three or four days after the game as well as the specialist's opinion, it turned out to be good news.
"Jack knows the direction he's going in now, he's focused to get back playing again a lot sooner than we initially feared."
With Alex Neil's side holding one of the best away records in the division coming into Tuesday, Tindall is expecting another tough encounter at Vitality Stadium.
"They're a really good Championship side and they have been for a number of years now, they're a solid outfit, difficult to break down and they'll pose different problems.
"They've had some great results on the road, they've beaten Brentford away, they've drawn with Norwich, beaten QPR and Reading, they've had some good away games and results.
"They'll be coming here looking to win the game I'm sure and we've got to go into the game making sure we're fully prepared, taking our good run of form and delivering a good performance."
