Pre-season has started for the Cherries. The first team squad arrived back in training on Saturday for a day of testing.
While the players who have been on international duty will arrive back with the club in the coming weeks, the remaining players were put through their paces by the Cherries' sports science team.
Tests included a session in the gym, with the club's doctors and medical staff as well as a gruelling 1,600 time trial on the training pitches amidst the hot weather.
