AFC Bournemouth have continued to step up their preparations ahead of the new season with a series of gruelling training sessions this week.
Head coach Scott Parker and his staff have been putting the players through their paces with the countdown now on until their Premier League curtain-raiser against Aston Villa on 6th August.
Before hosting Steven Gerrard's team, the Cherries conclude their pre-season games programme when they entertain La Liga outfit Real Sociedad on Saturday (3pm kick-off).
The warm-up game will see a return to Vitality Stadium for former Cherries defender Diego Rico who linked up with the Spanish club 12 months ago.
Sociedad also boost in their ranks David Silva, a legend at Manchester City where he won four Premier League titles during a glittering ten-year stay before returning to his homeland in 2020.
