Philip Billing started the ePL Invitational Tournament with a crushing 4-0 win over rivals Southampton.
Billing took on Saints' Angus Gunn online from their respective homes, with the Cherries man too strong for his opponent.
Played at the virtual Vitality Stadium, the hosts led 2-0 at the break with Billing netting using Junior Stanislas before scoring with himself at the near post.
Southampton hit the bar early in the second half, Aaron Ramsdale busier than in the opening 45 minutes, only for Callum Wilson and Billing again to find the net and make sure progress to the quarter-finals was smoothly achieved.
Billing will next face Brighton & Hove Albion, controlled by Seagulls striker Neal Maupay, in the last eight on Thursday afternoon, kick-off scheduled for 2pm.
Earlier on Tuesday, Maupay won his opening game 6-1 against Aston Villa's John McGinn, the quarter-final match-up pitting two of the pre-tournament favourites against one another.
