Club Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Burgers

We've got another exciting club recipe, which is perfect for Father's Day this weekend. 

Take a look at our buffalo chicken burgers and why not give them a go?! 

Ingredients

  • 2 southern fried chicken burgers
  • 2 brioche burger buns
  • 2 cheese slices
  • 6 tbsps buffalo sauce
  • 6 tbsps ranch dressing
  • 8 pickled chillies
  • 8 crinkle cut gherkin slices
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
  2. Cook the chicken burgers according to the packet instructions.
  3. Shred the iceberg lettuce.
  4. Build your burger! Add ranch dressing to the bottom burger buns and top with a small handful of shredded iceberg lettuce.
  5. Coat the chicken burgers in the buffalo sauce and add to the burger buns.
  6. Add the cheese slices on top to allow it to melt.
  7. Finish with pickled chillies, crinkle cut gherkin slices and more ranch dressing and top with the other half of the burger buns. Enjoy.

You could serve your Buffalo chicken burger with a side of your choice - we would recommend Sweet Potato Fries!
