Loan watch: Grabban hits a double

Lewis Grabban bagged a brace for Sunderland, as the Black Cats recorded a thrilling 3-3 draw with Bolton at the Stadium of Light last night.

After Sammy Ameobi netted Wanderers’ first, the Cherries loanee struck just before the break to even up the scores going into half-time.

After the interval, the striker was on target again to put the northern outfit ahead, only for it to be cancelled out three minutes later by Gary Madine.

Grabban, who played all 90 minutes of the match, has now struck eight times from just 12 appearances, as the game finished three-apiece.

Elsewhere, Baily Cargill played 61 minutes, as his Fleetwood side twice came from behind to draw 2-2 with Blackburn at Ewood Park.
