In the short time since its formation in 2022, Black Knight Football Club (BKFC) has built an international multi-club model that prioritises success at the highest levels of world football through more efficient and coordinated player recruiting and development and optimising commercial opportunities across the group.

A partnership led by William P. Foley II and significant ownership by Cannae Holdings, BKFC’s “Always Advance, Never Retreat” approach prioritises the success of each of its clubs and the advancement of each club’s players.

BKFC features a community-based focus on football development that establishes deep roots in each community, with a commitment to the player experience, player development, first-class facilities and an outstanding supporter experience.

BKFC’s multi-club ownership strategy includes 100% ownership of AFC Bournemouth (England) and Auckland FC (New Zealand), a majority interest in Moreirense FC (Portugal), plus significant minority investments in Hibernian FC (Scotland) and FC Lorient (France).
