    How can I buy home tickets?

    You can buy tickets online at www.tickets.afcb.co.uk/online, over the phone via 0344 576 1910 (option 1), or in person in the club superstore.

    Match tickets for Premier League home matches are sold subject to the AFC Bournemouth home ticket points scheme. Eligibility to purchase tickets is based on the number of home points a supporter has, with points dropping every Wednesday and Sunday; more information on the points drop schedule can be found at www.tickets.afcb.co.uk/online.

    Supporters are reminded that adults cannot use concession match tickets or season cards to gain entry to the ground.

    All match ticket sales are subject to availability.

    I have seen a ticket for sale on social media - is this legitimate?

    All AFC Bournemouth tickets are sold via the official club ticketing website (tickets.afcb.co.uk/Online) and the club does not endorse the re-sale of any tickets online.

    The unauthorised sale of football tickets is a criminal offence under UK law. AFC Bournemouth understands that circumstances can change and leave supporters with unwanted or unneeded tickets and as a result the club is committed to providing a refund to any supporter who returns an unneeded ticket to the ticket office no later than half an hour before kick-off.

    I have booked tickets; when can I expect to receive them?

    Tickets that are purchased more than three days in advance of a matchday will be posted out first class within 1-2 working days of the order being placed.

    Tickets purchased in advance and within three days of the matchday will be held for collection from the ticket office collection window on a matchday or via the ticket office counter in the club superstore.

    Do I have to pay any booking fees when booking AFC Bournemouth tickets?

    All match ticket transactions will be subject to a £2 per transaction administration fee.

    Tickets that are posted out will be sent via first class post and will incur a £1 postage fee.

    Can I buy a season ticket?

    AFC Bournemouth season tickets are only available to existing season ticket holders who are renewing their season ticket for the coming season.

    Do you have a waiting list for season tickets?

    There is currently no season ticket waiting list for AFC Bournemouth season tickets however the club are currently working on a waiting list for the new stadium development.

    What happens if I lose my season ticket card?

    Season ticket cards that are lost or misplaced will incur a replacement fee of £10.

    If your season ticket card has been stolen, please provide the club with a Crime Reference Number (CRN) so that your card can be replaced free of charge.

    In circumstance where a supporter has forgotten their ticket, a paper ticket may be issued, however this will incur a £5 charge at the discretion of the club.

    How does the Cherries Points scheme work?

    All match tickets are made available for sale using the Cherries Points scheme.

    Supporters’ points records will be split into home league matches, away league matches and cup matches.

    All points are added to supporter accounts after the game purchased has been played; for the avoidance of doubt, if you will have a certain points number after a game, you are not recognised as having that points number until after the game has been played.

    Season ticket holders will be unable to purchase additional home league match tickets using points collected from attending matches through their season ticket.

    Tickets purchased on the gate at away clubs will not count towards your points record as AFC Bournemouth has no way of verifying the purchase.

    What happens if I lose my match ticket?

    Supporters who have not received their home match tickets should contact the AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office on 0344 576 1910 (option 1, then option 2) no earlier than 48 hours before the match in order to request a duplicate home ticket.

    Duplicate home match tickets will incur a charge of £5; supporters who require a duplicate ticket will usually be escorted to their seat by a steward for security reasons.

    What is the 'Family Stand' at Vitality Stadium?

    The Family Stand is applicable to Blocks 1, 8 and 9 in the Coretx Main Stand.

    Supporters with an adult ticket in the Family Stand must be accompanied by an under-16 in order to purchase tickets in the Family Stand (at a ratio of no more than two adult seats per under-16 seat).

    Can I bring my under-3 with me to games?

    Under-3s who can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap do not require their own match ticket however the club advises adults bringing young children to games to be aware of the risk of the match ball entering the stands.

    To make use of this option, supporters must phone the ticket office and inform them that the under-3 will be attending the game in advance of the fixture. Supporters must then collect the pass for their infant from the Ticket Office on the day of the game, with the child in attendance.

    Do I qualify for a disabled ticket?

    In order to purchase accessible tickets supporters must provide proof of eligibility to the Club; AFC Bournemouth accepts the following as proof of eligibility:

    • Receipt of the higher or middle rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility and/or care component).
    • Receipt of standard or enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for mobility, and/or care.
    • Receipt of either Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance
    • War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement pension for 80% or more disability
    • Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CV1 certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sigh impaired (partially sighted). Further advice can be found on the Royal National Institute of Blind people (RNIB) website.

    Please note that receipt of a 'Blue Badge' will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for ticketing purposes.

    This list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided.

    I can’t make it to a fixture-can I get a refund?

    Home ticket refunds

    Refunds can be made at the ticket office providing the match tickets are returned no later than half an hour before kick-off.

    Refunds can only be made on production of the match ticket; evidence of destroyed match tickets will not be accepted.

    Away ticket refunds

    Away match ticket refunds can be made at the ticket office providing the match tickets are returned no later than the off-sale time for the match, normally midday on the day before the matchday e.g. midday Friday for a Saturday fixture.

    Once an away fixture has come off-sale, the club regrets that tickets cannot be refunded.

    Who are Twickets?

    Twickets is a fan-to-fan ticket resale platform where the price of tickets is never more than the original face value. It was set up to counter the profiteering resale sites which encourage ticket touting.

    Who can sell their seat on Twickets?

    The Twickets resale platform is only available for season ticket holders to list their seat for sale; their tickets can then be purchased by AFC Bournemouth supporters with home league Cherries points.

    If I sell my season ticket seat on Twickets how do I get my money?

    If you successfully sell your seat via Twickets, you will be paid 1/19th of your season ticket price (minus the Twickets fee) by bank transfer, to the bank account you have requested, five days after the game has been played.

    Why can't I sell my match ticket via Twickets?

    The Twickets platform is for season ticket holders only to sell.

    If you have purchased a match ticket and you are unable to attend the game, the club offers a full refund up until half-an-hour before kick-off if the ticket is returned to the ticketing team.

    Will I lose my point if I sell my seat on Twickets?

    If you sell your season ticket seat via Twickets, you will lose 1 home league point. However, this will only become relevant if you do not renew your season ticket.

    As long as you renew your season ticket, your home league points are not relevant.

    Can I sell my seat for future games now?

    Season ticket holders will be able to list their seat for home Premier League matches once all available tickets for the game have been issued.

    Will this mean there are fewer tickets available via the Friday morning ticket returns sale?

    The tickets that are sold via the Friday morning returns sale are for seats purchased by match-by-match purchasers.

    The Twickets platform will be in addition to the returns sale and will help reduce the number of empty seats on a matchday that season ticket holders have been unable to use.

    Who can buy AFC Bournemouth seats via the Twickets platform?

    The club have worked with Twickets to ensure that only supporters with a valid AFC Bournemouth ticketing account, with home league points, can purchase exchanged seats.

    I have already bought a ticket for the match I want from the club - can I buy another one via Twickets?

    No. The Twickets platform will restrict supporters who already have a ticket for a specific match from buying another one via Twickets.

    Why can’t I see any tickets on the Twickets platform?

    AFC Bournemouth tickets will only show as available once tickets have been listed for sale by season ticket holders.

    If there are currently no tickets showing, you can set up an alert to be informed when tickets become available.

    Will I earn a home league point if I buy an AFC Bournemouth ticket via Twickets?

    If you purchase a returned seat for an AFC Bournemouth home Premier League fixture via Twickets then a home league point will be credited to your account.

    I have bought a ticket via Twickets and can no longer make it. Can I sell this ticket on to a friend?

    No. If you have purchased a ticket from the Twickets platform and you are unable to use it, you should contact the AFC Bournemouth ticketing team.

    I can see two tickets listed. However, one is a concession ticket and I need two adults - what can I do?

    If you purchase a concession ticket for an adult, you will need to contact the AFC Bournemouth ticketing team with your Twickets order number and pay an upgrade fee for the concession ticket. Please note that concession tickets in the Family Stand cannot be upgraded unless the upgrade is within the Family Stand ratio of 2 adults per child.
