Katie Kingshott

Date of birth:
8th January 1993
Previous clubs:
Whyteleafe Ladies

Katie Kingshott joined AFC Bournemouth ahead of the 2018/19 campaign.

Her maiden season with the Cherries saw her make 23 appearances, scoring four goals from the centre of midfield, as the side went on to win promotion to the Southern Region Women's Premier League.

The following year was disrupted due to Covid-19, but Kingshott did help the side to the top of the table before the campaign was eventually declared null and void.

The 2020/21 season was equally as frustrating, but she played a big part as Steve Cuss' side reached the first round proper of the FA Cup for just the second time in history.

Kingshott's impressive playing CV, which includes the likes of Chelsea and Watford, is proving extremely beneficial for the team, who are currently competing in the National League for the first time after an application of upward movement was approved in May 2021.

That marked the midfielder's second promotion during her time with the club.
