Kaitlyn Elliott joined the club in August 2022 and became Steve Cuss' first signing that summer.
Having to wait until her 16th birthday that coming October, the midfielder went on to impress in her debut season, making 13 appearances in all competitions.
Her talent was initially spotted taking part in one of the Community Sports Trust's soccer camps at Slades Park, which occur during the school holidays.
Following a few training sessions with the Cherries, Elliott made the switch from local side Corfe Mullen and is now enjoying her second season with the club.
The youngster also has experience featuring for Reading's Centre of Excellence and already knows the likes of young Cherries striker, Lucy Cooper, from her time playing youth football.
