Helen Corbin has been with the Cherries for eight seasons, initially playing her football in the youth teams before stepping up to the senior squads.
Having stood out at youth level, winning Players’ Player of the Season for her efforts in the under-16s, she enjoyed her first successful campaign with the development squad during the 2017/18 season.
Having worked her way into the first team towards the end of 2019/20 after a string of strong performances, Corbin finished the season with two goals in two appearances for Steve Cuss' side.
The striker continued where she left off as the new season got underway in September 2020, coming off the bench to score two goals in the FA Cup against Eastleigh in her first appearance of the campaign.
Sadly, Covid-19 drew a halt to the 2020/21 campaign and it again caused problems the following year, but Corbin had a prominent role as the Cherries reached the first round proper of the FA Cup for the second time and ended up with promotion to the National League, after the side's application of upward movement was successful.
Corbin ended 2021/22 with three goals in 22 appearances in what was her first season playing step four football.
The striker has since taken a break from football in order to focus on her family and have a baby, becoming a mum in 2023 for the first time.
Corbin, however, is already back on the pitch and looking to make an impact for Cuss' side, who are once again going for a promotion.
During her youth, she was previously a regular attendee of the Community Sports Trust's Premier League Kicks programme, representing the club at the Premier League Kicks Cup and playing against teams from all over the country.
