Elle Elkins broke into the first team at AFC Bournemouth less than a month after her 16th birthday in April 2021.
She made her debut in a 2-0 Subsidiary Cup win away at Southampton Women, becoming the youngest player to feature for the club in recent history.
Having joined the Cherries in the under-12 age group, she went on to have league success almost immediately.
Working her way up through the age groups, Elkins went on to win the Hampshire Cup at under-14 level, before featuring in the Junior Premier League at under-16s.
The midfielder's talent has also been recognised on a national scale, representing England Schools when she was 15 and heading out to Eindhoven for two fixtures.
She'll be looking to make an impact for Steve Cuss' side in 2021/22, which is her first full season in the senior squads.
