Position:
Forward
Date of birth:
16th January 2002

English
Previous clubs:
Yeovil Town

Alexis Bussell first arrived on loan from Yeovil Town in January 2020, but her first season was cut short due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

In her youth, the striker spent five years with Mudeford Phoenix, before successfully trialling for the county and continuing her football with Dorset.

She was also asked to join the Corfe Mullen futsal team, who went on to win the national title in Birmingham.

Having signed for Poole Town Ladies in the summer of 2017, Bussell scored five goals in her first two games in women’s football.

Her performances caught the eye of Yeovil Town 12 months later, where she was predominantly playing in the academy before signing with the Cherries.

She is now back with the club permanently and looking to push on in the National League.
