Ryan Dawes is a first team analyst at AFC Bournemouth and has been a full-time member of staff since 2014.
He has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Exeter, doing a placement in his third year with Somerset County cricket academy.
Dawes then went on to study a Masters in Sports Performance Analysis at the University of Chichester, joining the Cherries in 2013 as an intern alongside his studies.
Having come on board full-time in 2014, he played a part in the team’s two promotions to the Premier League in 2015 and 2022 and was awarded the club’s unsung hero award following the 2016/17 season.
