Andrew Surman returned to the Cherries in January 2023 as the under-18s assistant coach.
The former midfielder had two stints with the club as a player, first on loan from Southampton early in his career before returning permanently in 2014 after a season on loan from Norwich City.
He made 225 AFC Bournemouth appearances in total, over 100 of which came in the Premier League.
After departing the club in the summer of 2020, he joined MK Dons for a season before retiring in 2021.
Surman’s addition to the under-18s coaching team with Dan Carroll as lead coach saw him return to football and marked his first steps into coaching.
