Alastair Harris joined AFC Bournemouth having spent over a decade with former club Fulham.
Beginning his time with the Cottagers at the start of the 2010/11 season, Harris was promoted in January 2016 to become the head of the first team’s sports science department.
A student at Brunel University in London, the sports scientist gained qualifications to masters level in the field of human performance.
Harris is currently studying for a PhD with a focus on load monitoring, load response and physical performance within professional footballers.
