Born in Chelsea, Nathan Moriah-Welsh started playing football for Old Isleworthians in London before being spotted by Chelsea.
Following spells with Brentford and Reading, he joined the Cherries in the summer of 2018 and played his part as they reached the quarter-final of the FA Youth Cup in 2018/19.
Moriah-Welsh made his debut for the under-21s in April 2019 and has also trained with the first team and was called up to be a substitute for the first team in their Emirates FA Cup quarter-final tie with Southampton in March 2021.
He would also go on to make his international debut for Guyana later that month in a 4-0 victory over Bahamas in a World Cup qualifier and made his first start for his nation against Guatemala in a Gold Cup qualifier in April.
The central midfielder signed a new contract in August 2021 and was part of the club’s preseason trip to Spain. He has also featured on several occasions for the first team as an unused substitute.
