Born in Poole, Luke Nippard joined the club in 2012 and attended Poole High School.
The central midfielder, who can also operate at right-back, originally played for Poole Town Youth where he was spotted by the Cherries and invited to join the club.
During the 2018/19 season, Nippard was part of the club’s run to the FA Youth Cup quarter-finals before signing his first professional contract in 2019.
He has had loan spells at Weymouth, Poole Town and Eastbourne Borough.
