Billy Terrell started his footballing career at fellow south coast side Portsmouth before moving along the coast to Southampton and later the Cherries.
The young goalkeeper comes from a footballing family with his dad having been on the books at Southampton until the age of 16.
He joined Wimborne Town on loan in the 2020/21 season, but made only a handful of appearances for The Magpies before the campaign was curtailed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
In his short stint at the Dorset-based club, Terrell helped the side progress into the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup for the first time since 1986.
The 18-year-old has re-joined Wimborne on loan for their 2021/22 campaign in the Southern League.
