AFC Bournemouth have been handed a home tie against Charlton Athletic in the third round of the Adobe Women's FA Cup.

Steve Cuss's side beat Swindon Town in dramatic fashion at the County Ground on Sunday, with Chloe Gilroy grabbing an injury-time winner in their 2-1 victory.

The win clinched the Cherries a place in the third round for the first time in their history and today's draw paired them against the Addicks who are currently top of the Championship, two tiers above Cuss's team.

A kick-off time at Ringwood Town will be confirmed in due course, with the tie confirmed for Sunday 10th December.

The Cherries have already banked £18,000 in prize money in the competition with £35,000 up for grabs for third-round winners and £9,000 for the losing teams.

Before the FA Cup clash, Cuss's team face a huge National League fixture at home to Exeter City in just six days' time.

The Grecians, who are also unbeaten, travel to Ringwood Town for a 2pm kick-off. Entry, as ever, is free.
