Katie James and Charmaine True have both signed for AFC Bournemouth Women ahead of the new season.
The duo come from National League side, Portsmouth, and possess years of experience in the game.
James was the club's longest-serving player, having joined the south coast outfit back in August 2013 as an 18 year old.
Her first team debut came against Coventry in 2014, before notching 24 goals in 95 appearances and winning countless Hampshire Cups.
The central midfielder has also represented her country at Beach Soccer, most recently playing in the European Championships out in Portugal.
True, also arriving from the Blues, had two stints at the club and ended the 2019/20 season as the team's top goalscorer.
Last season, her performances won her the Player of the Year as she caught the eye week-in-week-out.
Previously, she spent the 2018/19 campaign with Crystal Palace, netting 33 goals in just 16 games across both the development squad and first team.
With both signings confirmed for Steve Cuss' side, they spoke with afcb.co.uk about their excitement after joining.
James began: "It's my home club and I'm really excited to be here.
"It's good because there's a lot of young players and it's a different challenge. There's already players that have National League experience and now myself and Charmaine can add to that."
True echoed her delight: "I'm super excited to get started and play.
"Hopefully we can help take this team forward and even win the league we're going into.
"I was top goalscorer for Pompey and my aim is to achieve that here and help with squad as much as I can."
