The lead was not to last long, as just one minute later Alton pounced on a loose pass from the back and smashed home from 30 yards.

The Cherries came out after the break and dominated from start to finish. The hosts regained the lead in the 61st minute, Corbin once again beating the defensive line and placed the ball past the ‘keeper.

The young AFC Bournemouth team continued to push forward and Corbin completed her hat-trick just ten minutes later, as she latched onto a through-ball from Sian Tilly, before finishing in the bottom corner.

Two further goals would be added before the end of the game, as Hockey netted in the 80th minute and Corbin would add her fourth of the game just three minutes later, coolly slotting into the bottom corner.
