AFC Bournemouth's under-18s were defeated in the FA Youth Cup to Millwall.
Second half goals from Euan Pollock and Khavarn Williams cancelled out strikes from Sean O'Brien and Abdul Abdulmalik, which had fired the visitors into a two-goal lead.
Despite a late surge from the Cherries, it wasn't to be and the visitors booked their place in the next round after substitute Tyrese Briscoe netted the winner from close range with ten minutes to go.
It wasn't to be for Alan Connell's side, who were looking to make the quarter-finals for the second year in a row and just the third time in the club's history.
