AFC Bournemouth’s eagerly-awaited FA Youth Cup clash against Millwall tonight will be live streamed on afcbTV at 7pm.

The Cherries booked their place in the fifth round for the second season in succession after recording a hard-fought 1-0 win over Cardiff City last month.

Victory earned Alan Connell’s under-18s a home tie with Millwall who currently top Professional Development League Group South, the same level as Cardiff.

The Lions set up a trip to Dorset after coming from behind to beat Fleetwood 3-1 at the New Den in the fourth round, having won 7-0 at Bolton in the third round.

The Cherries will be bidding to reach the quarter-finals of the competition for the second season in succession – and only the third time in the club’s history.

Connell’s charges were knocked out by eventual runners-up Manchester City in the last eight in 2018/19, a feat first achieved in 1968/69 when the Cherries lost out in the semi-final to Sunderland.
