We are aware of the issues and delays supporters have been experiencing when trying to purchase tickets online for both Aston Villa and Arsenal.
The ticketing team have been in constant contact with their system provider who are currently investigating the issue.
This is a system-wide problem with other clubs having the same problem of a short delay to the scheduled on-sale time.
Our on-sale tomorrow will go ahead as normal. However, the on-sale will be monitored by our system provider and they will queue people into the website and will let supporters in at 10am.
We believe the influx of people on the website at one time could be causing slight delays and they have assured us by monitoring the system, we should see improvements.
We completely understand how these issues impact on our supporters and we are working hard to resolve them.
An update will be given once our system provider has confirmed the issue has been resolved.
