The ticket office has provided the following information for supporters renewing their season tickets
Season ticket renewal period
Season tickets the 2017/18 season can be renewed from 9am on Monday 22nd May, and until 5pm on Monday 19th June.
Movers window
Once the season ticket renewal window has closed, season ticket holders who have already renewed their season tickets will be given the option of moving to an available seat. The movers windows are:
Tuesday 20th June: Season ticket holders who have moved due to required changes to Vitality Stadium
Wednesday 21st June: Season ticket holders who have moved due to a change in age band
Thursday 22nd June-Friday 23rd June: All season ticket holders who would like to move to a new seat
Once this date has passed, seats not renewed by current season ticket holders will be added to those seats available to purchase on a match-by-match basis.
How to renew your season tickets
Online
Online allows the renewal of season tickets without completing a paper form. In order to assist supporters with this, we have created an online account to facilitate your renewal and supporters can follow this step-by-step guide:
- Access your online account at https://tickets.afcb.co.uk
- Go to the “My Account” section of the website where you will be asked to enter your username and password
- At this point, please verify your personal details, including your e-mail address, so that we can keep you up to date with future information about your 17/18 season ticket
- Once you have logged in and verified your personal details, you will be able to find your season ticket renewal in the “Offers” section of your “My Account” page
- Check the seat details are as you would expect and then click “Add to Order”, your season ticket will then be added to your basket and you will be able to complete your purchase
By completing an online renewal you are accepting our ticket terms and conditions; these can be viewed at afcb.co.uk or https://tickets.afcb.co.uk
In person
Supporters can visit the ticket office to renew season tickets. Supporters using this method will need to complete the form enclosed with their season ticket information in full and bring it along - with copies also available at the ticket office - together with any required proof of eligibility i.e. proof of age or full-time student status.
By phone
Supporters can also renew season tickets by phone via the 0344 576 1910 number (option 1). If you would like to phone the ticket office to renew your season ticket, please ensure that you have your customer number and seat details to hand.
V12 Spread payment scheme
There is also the option to spread the cost of season tickets by using the V12 season ticket finance scheme, offering supporters the choice of a 4, 7, or 10-month repayment term.

Changes to season tickets
It is important to note that if the price type of your season ticket is changing going into the new 2017/18 season, e.g. changing from an adult to an over-65 price type, we will require proof of eligibility (i.e. a copy of your birth certificate).
You can e-mail, drop in or post your proof of eligibility however in all cases please ensure that your supporter number is included for our reference.
Season Ticket renewals will not be completed until proof of eligibility has been provided to the Ticket Office.
