Vitality Stadium season ticket holders will receive a full refund for their 2020/21 tickets after it was confirmed that the home campaign would be completed behind closed doors.
Further to the Government’s recent Covid-19 announcement confirming the ongoing supporter embargo at live sporting events until Monday 17th May 2021, the club can now confirm it will be refunding all season ticket holders in full for the remaining six home games of the season.
If this refund is not showing in your bank or credit card account by 5pm on Friday 26th March 2021, please contact [email protected] and the ticketing team will be happy to assist.
If your season ticket was purchased using customer credit from the 19/20 season, you have the option to leave the balance in your ticketing account which can then be off-set against the cost of your 2021/22 season ticket. If this is your preferred option, you do not need to do anything further at this stage.
Alternatively, a BACS payment can be arranged by calling the ticketing team on 0344 576 1910 (option 1), with your bank account number and sort code, no later than Friday 16th April 2021.
