AFC Bournemouth defenders Illia Zabarnyi and Abby Jones provided their expertise as part of the latest Junior Cherries masterclass.
Specialised in the art of defending, Zabarnyi and Jones took part in a Q&A and some practical exercises to pass on their wisdom to Junior Cherries members.
Approximately 15 Junior Cherries members enjoyed the special instalment of the masterclass series, which has seen the club provide incredible access to first team players and club staff in order to provide children with unforgettable experiences.
Ukraine international Zabarnyi said: “This club is a great community club so it was a great thing for myself and Abby to meet the young children.
“They were all interested in how we prepare and perform each week and it was great for us to pass on some advice to the next generation, whether they want to play professionally or are just interested in what we do.
“The Junior Cherries masterclasses seem like really good events that give kids great experiences so I was delighted to help and get involved.”
