Junior Cherries Christmas Party enjoyed by all

AFC Bournemouth recently celebrated the Junior Cherries Christmas party, allowing young supporters to meet their heroes at a special time of year.

Taking place at the BIC, almost 400 fans were in attendance for an afternoon filled with fun.

Upon arrivals, Junior Cherries were given to opportunity to browse through the stalls, which included an AFC Bournemouth merchandise station and Hook-A-Duck.

Centre VR were also present to provide entertainment, while face painting was also available ahead of the players' arrival.

Head of Community Steve Cuss was on hand to host some fun and games on stage, with children's entertainer Jamie Jigsaw trying out some magic on participants.

Before long, it was time to be introduced to the players and staff, as Jimmy Glass spoke with Gary O'Neil on stage about his Christmas wishes.

The squad were then put to the test with some Christmas trivia, before taking their seats next door.

Children were then given the opportunity to go and meet the players one by one in order to get shirts signed and selfies taken.

A superb afternoon was rounded off with packed teas for Junior Cherries to take away with them after a busy few hours at the BIC.
