Valentine's Day menu available now

You might not be able to go out for food for Valentine's Day this year, but it can certainly still be special. 

Our Hospitality & Events team have put together a delicious three-course menu for you to try at home. 

Ingredients and methods are provided in full and a suggested drink with each course is also provided. 

On the menu this year: 

  • A smoked salmon rose and king prawn salad, with a drizzle of Marie Rose sauce. 
  • Pan-seared rib-eye steak, sweet potato chips, glazed asparagus and peppercorn sauce. 
  • Chocolate pots.
