AFC Bournemouth Hospitality & Events have reopened their doors to host meetings and events at Vitality Stadium.
Following government guidelines, the events team are currently permitted to host events of up to a maximum of 30 guests with numbers increasing from 1st October.
The venue has achieved the ‘We’re Good To Go’ accreditation by Visit Britain and a number of procedures have been put in place for the safety of clients.
All our staff complete a health questionnaire and are temperature checked on a daily basis. Guests will be required to wear face coverings in all public and communal spaces and we will be operating a track and trace scheme as per the governments recommendations.
We have installed perspex screens on our reception desk and one-way systems have been introduced where possible. Our rooms will be disinfected with a Bio-mist Sprayer and sealed ready for your arrival and high-touch public area and restrooms will be regularly disinfected.
Each room will be equipped with hand sanitiser stations and numerous coffee machines will provide refreshments such as tea and coffee. Individually wrapped pre-ordered snacks and packed lunches will also be available.
All our staff have been fully trained on social distancing and increased hygiene measures to ensure you are in safe hands when with us.
