Club Recipe: Galaxy Hot Chocolate

Our latest club recipe is perfect for the cold weather and festive season. 

Junior Cherries in particular will enjoy this winter warmer, so give our special hot chocolate a go! 

Ingredients 

  • Full fat milk – Use a cup of milk per person as this varies on the amount you are making. 
  • Galaxy chocolate bar (approximately two bars for four people). 

To serve

  • Mini marshmallows (or simply cut up some larger ones).
  • Squirty cream.
  • Galaxy ripple. 

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan on a medium heat and bring to the boil whilst continuously stirring!
  2. Break the chocolate bar into pieces.
  3. Once the milk has reached boiling point, gently drop in the pieces of chocolate. 
  4. Keep stirring continuously until the chocolate has dissolved.
  5. Pour the mixture into your mugs.
  6. Sprinkle on the mini marshmallows (this way they become nice and gooey under the cream).
  7. Squirt on the cream!
  8. Crumble the galaxy ripple over the top then finally enjoy!
