Our latest club recipe is perfect for the cold weather and festive season.
Junior Cherries in particular will enjoy this winter warmer, so give our special hot chocolate a go!
Ingredients
- Full fat milk – Use a cup of milk per person as this varies on the amount you are making.
- Galaxy chocolate bar (approximately two bars for four people).
To serve
- Mini marshmallows (or simply cut up some larger ones).
- Squirty cream.
- Galaxy ripple.
Method
- Pour the milk into a saucepan on a medium heat and bring to the boil whilst continuously stirring!
- Break the chocolate bar into pieces.
- Once the milk has reached boiling point, gently drop in the pieces of chocolate.
- Keep stirring continuously until the chocolate has dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your mugs.
- Sprinkle on the mini marshmallows (this way they become nice and gooey under the cream).
- Squirt on the cream!
- Crumble the galaxy ripple over the top then finally enjoy!
