Jonathan Woodgate has made six changes to his starting 11 as the Cherries announce their team news at Adams Park.

Rodrigo Riquelme comes in for his first start since the Emirates FA Cup quarter-final with Southampton while David Brooks and Sam Surridge also return in attacking positions.

Jack Stacey and Chris Mepham make starts in the visiting backline, with Ben Pearson starting and joining Jack Wilshere in the centre of midfield.

Adam Smith, Steve Cook, Jefferson Lerma, Philip Billing, Arnaut Danjuma and Dominic Solanke are the half dozen to make way.

Shane Long is back in the squad, making the bench after missing recent games with an adductor injury.

Asmir Begovic - named alongside Danjuma in the Sky Bet Championship team of the season earlier this week - captains the Cherries this afternoon.

The teams:

Wycombe Wanderers: Stockdale, Grimmer, Jacobson (c), Stewart, Ikpeazu, Muskwe, Thompson, McCleary, Onyedinma, Adeniran, McCarthy

Subs: Allsop, Tafazolli, Wheeler, Kashket, Knight, Horgan, Samuel

AFC Bournemouth: Begovic (c), Stacey, Carter-Vickers, Mepham, Rico, Pearson, Wilshere, Riquelme, Stanislas, Brooks, Surridge

Subs: Travers, Smith, Zemura, Lerma, Billing, Danjuma, Anthony, Long, Solanke

Officials: Referee: Geoff Eltringham, assistants: Robert Merchant and Craig Taylor,
fourth official: Andy Woolmer

Today's permutations

The Cherries' play-off place was confirmed last weekend, though the positioning of the teams from third to sixth is still up for grabs.

The teams in third and fourth in the final standings will play away in the first legs of their play-off semi-final before returning home for the second legs.

The situation for the Chairboys is simple: they need to win against the Cherries to have any hope of staying in the Championship for the 2021/22 campaign.

Six points adrift of Derby, the only team they can catch, with two games to play, the hosts could also do with a lot of goals, currently also 13 goals behind the Rams on goal difference.
