Ever-present AFC Bournemouth defender Illia Zabarnyi has been ruled out of today’s Premier League meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion due to illness.

The Ukraine international is one of only three outfield players to have played every minute of every top-flight game for their club this season.

Zabarnyi, 21, is replaced by Lloyd Kelly as Cherries head coach Andoni Iraola makes three changes to his starting line-up following the midweek win at Wolves.

Enes Ünal, on loan to the Cherries from La Liga outfit Getafe, is handed his full Premier League debut having made 12 appearances from the bench.

Dango Ouattara is also restored to the starting line-up, although Phil Billing is also unavailable due to illness.

Defender Milos Kerkez serves the first of a three-match suspension following his dismissal during the Cherries’ midweek win at Wolves.

Development squad quartet Cal McKenna, Dominic Sadi, Michael Dacosta Gonzalez and Max Kinsey are all named among the Cherries substitutes.

The Cherries need just one point to equal their club Premier League record points tally in a single season, set in 2016/17 when they finished ninth.

And the hosts are also looking to match another top-flight club record of six successive unbeaten home games, set between May and October 2018.

AFC Bournemouth: Travers, Cook, Kelly, Solanke, Ouattara, Scott, Smith, Kluivert, Semenyo, Senesi, Ünal.

Subs: Neto (g/k), McKenna (g/k), Sadi, Dacosta Gonzalez, Kinsey, Christie, Aarons, Hill.

Brighton & Hove Albion: Verbruggen, Julio, Dunk, João Pedro, Gilmour, Groß, Barco, Adingra, Buonanotte, Offiah, O’Mahony.

Subs: Steele (g/k), Webster, Enciso, Lallana, Moder, Welbeck, Baleba, Ansu Fati, Veltman.

Referee: Paul Tierney.
