Matías Viña is handed his full Premier League debut as AFC Bournemouth head coach Gary O’Neil makes two changes for today’s clash against Tottenham Hotspur.

The Uruguay international has made four substitute appearances since joining the Cherries on an initial six-month loan from Serie A outfit Roma in January.

Defender Viña made his bow in the English game when he came on as an 81st-minute replacement for Jaidon Anthony in the Cherries’ 1-0 defeat at Brighton and also came off the bench against Wolves, Liverpool and Aston Villa.

The 25-year-old is joined in the starting line-up by Marcus Tavernier who replaced Dango Ouattara during the first half of the Cherries’ 1-0 win at Leicester seven days ago.

Tavernier has netted four goals and supplied four assists in his past eight games, including setting up Kieffer Moore for one of his two goals against Spurs at Vitality Stadium in October.

Former Cherries favourite Arnaut Danjuma, who joined Tottenham from Villarreal in January, is named among the Spurs substitutes.
